Those attending this weekend's Airshow will not be able to utilize any special RT service.
According to a Regional Transit press release:
"The California Capital Airshow has elected not to provide a transit option from the Mather Field/Mills light rail station to this year's event. RT will continue to operate light rail service on a regular weekend schedule on Saturday, September 11 and Sunday, September 12."
Additionally RT says there will be no service on Route 75 both days due to traffic related to the annual event and that 2010 California Capital Airshow tickets will not be accepted as a valid form of fare payment to ride RT.
Conservation option: Car pool.
