Carl Treff is a lifelong resident of Pasadena, and is a dedicated volunteer protecting and restoring the Chesapeake Bay. Carl spent time on the speaking circuit for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, and has since focused his efforts locally with the Magothy River Association. Whether preaching a "save the bay" message to a civic group, or standing waist deep in a river on a restoration project, Carl enjoys engaging citizens as stewards of the bay.
