- The Coalition on the Environment and Jewish Life (COEJL) deepens the Jewish community’s commitment to the stewardship of creation and mobilizes the resources of Jewish life and learning to protect the Earth and all its inhabitants.
- ioby connects donors and volunteers to environmental projects in their neighborhoods to inspire new environmental knowledge and action in New York City.
- Solar One, the City’s first solar-powered “Green Energy, Arts, and Education Center,” inspires New Yorkers to become environmentally responsible city dwellers through a variety of programming.
- New Yorkers for Parks is the only independent watchdog for all the City’s parks, beaches and playgrounds. Through leadership in education, research, policies and partnerships, they raise awareness of the importance of parks to communities and make systemic changes to the parks system to increase its funding and efficiency. Their goal is to drive effective solutions that ensure greener, cleaner, safer parks for today and for future generations.
