"Twilight" fans are already pumped for "New Moon."
When it comes to viewing movie trailers online, nothing can top "The Twilight Saga: New Moon." According to Variety, the trailer for the upcoming pic starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner recorded over 25 million views last week. That marks a new record for online traffic, beating out the previous one of 21 million set. of course, by "New Moon" the week before.
November will mark the biggest round of publicity for "New Moon" to date, as some of the film's stars will apear in Nordstrom stores around the country in addition to appearing on "The Today Show" in the days leading up to the film's release on November 20. Until that day comes, we may as well expect the current record to again be broken.
Just for the sake of reference, "Michael Jackson: This Is It" managed slightly less than 2.5 million views over the past week, making it a very distant second place.

I am amazed that our society will flock to this film that has mediocre at best acting. The two main stars that play Edward and Bela would probably get cut from a typical high school play because of their lack of acting talents! Come on people - raise your standards!

Brian - Your comments make me wonder if you've read the books. If you had, you would realize that the actors playing Bela and Edward behave just as their characters in the book do, which tells me that they are superb actors.

Brian - Eff off! I am amazed that you read an article about a topic of which you are absolutely clueless. Believe it or not, there are some of us who go to movies or read books simply to be *entertained*. Not educated, not led to lofty goals or ideas -- to be *entertained*. If I wanted the former, I'd whip out my copy of "Hamlet" and be amazed (yet again) by the astonishing beauty of Laurence Olivier's performance. However, for entertainment value, I am more than satisfied with the performances given by Mr. Pattinson and Ms. Stewart. They're beautiful, they're talented and they embody the fictional characters to the best of their considerable abilities. You would do well to re-examine your attitude towards the leads, especially Ms. Stewart. She has worked with some of the most respected actors in Hollywood and they have nothing but praise for her, some even saying that they see an Oscar in her future.

-Brian- is a complete snob. I bet he'll be watching New Moon or else he wouldn't be here. He just wants to act so much better than everyone. And by the way -Legion- Kristen Stewart really does NOT know how to act. It doesn't matte who she's worked with but she was quite annoying in Twilight. She does not play offf of Edward and she ruins his acting too. Though it does look like she got some acting lessons in the second movie. Lets hope she doesn't suck as much.
I have read all the books and watched the first movie. Twilight was a very girlie movie. I am looking forward to more action with New Moon. So far the trailors look awesome.
