Housewives star Gretchen Rossi has claimed to be opposed to plastic surgery, even starting her own foundation to help encourage women to seek out alternative methods of youth restoration and bodily enhancements through The Gretchen Rossi Project.
All well and good for the blonde, who inherited 2.5 million dollars following the death of her much older fiancé, right?
Wrong!
Plastic surgery websites have gone into overdrive following Rossi’s latest quotes that she does not endorse or promote plastic surgery, including breast implants, claiming the reality TV star has enhanced herself with cosmetic surgery.
In fact, in a RADAR ONLINE exclusive, a former flame of the real estate agent and television personality revealed Rossi to be lying after the blonde claimed her face and body are all natural.
Claims ex-boyfriend Jay Photoglou, “I went with Gretchen to get Botox injections on at least on two occasions, one time I even had the Botox injections. [She] went at least every six weeks to get Botox injection while I dated her. She also had photo facials done every two months to help get rid of her wrinkles.”

Surgery website Good Plastic Surgery claims Rossi has undergone several surgeries before the show, including a rhinoplasty, chin implant, lip fillers and possibly cheek implants.

She was HIDEOUS before.
it looks like she just lost a lot of weight from the before and after pictures. She may have gotten botox injections but I think the major reason for huge difference was that she was a lot fatter before.
She just looks alot fuller in the face in the before picture; IMO don't think she's had surgery and if she has; more power to her. Maybe she got something done to the lips..those do look fuller.
Uh, the fat picture looks like she was 14 when it was taken which probably means the bitch just LOST WEIGHT!!! If you notice when she isn't wearing anything on her lips, they're thin like fat picture and she was walking around with no boobies so clearly she doesn't promote plastic surgery. HATERS!
