Former super couple of hit show “Dancing with the stars” Karina Smniroff and Maksim Chemerkovskiy are scheduled to appear tonight on 61st Emmy awards. The two began their steamy relationship while appearing on “Dancing”, and numerous other appearances including starring in the Broadway show “Burn the Floor”.
Before “Dancing” Chemerkovskiy held the title of Ukranian Latin Ballroom dance champion, choregrapher, and instructor. Over the years this hunky dancer has earned the nickname of "the bad boy of the ballroom".
The beautful Karina Smniroff is a five-time U.S. National Champion, World Trophy Champion, and Asian Open Champion dancer. She also hold the distinguished title of being "the first woman to ever make the British Professional Final with three different partners". In the fall of 2006 She had a very public romance with hot Latino actor Mario Lopez . Their tumultuous relationship lasted until 2008.
Smniroff and Chemerkovskiy began their relationship in summer 2008. After a six month romance super-couple announced their engagement in December 31st 2008. Apparently their happiness was short lived as sources say Smniroff called off their engagement September 8, 2009.
The two have been rehearsing for a performance on tonight's Emmy Awards show. Dancing fans are dying to see if the sparks of passion will reignite as the two are brought together for an electrifying performance.
