Shock around the world, as news came across the wires, that pop star legend Michael Jackson was dead at the age of 50 years-old on Thursday, June 25.
Many loved him for the music, the madness and the unique performances that he gave globally across age, race, and nationality. How many can say that? He’s in the league such as Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and other great legends -- that had something special, than any other entertainer in our history.
Michael Jackson and the Enneagram “Nonconformist”
Artist, entertainment genius – these are the things that should be spoken in the media, about the talent which poured out of the very fabric that was Michael Jackson. But yet, we hear feelings of eccentric, oddball, ‘Jacko,’ that comes out of news reports during the last 10 plus years. The Enneagram type Four, the ‘Artist” or Nonconformist -- which this column will use moving forward. The very nature that is Michael is the reason why he is so special.
Four types are from this perspective, the most sensitive and feeling of all nine types. Their very nature is about being unique, special and feelings of not being understood. Dark thoughts, abandonment issues and depression are very present in Fours, and some Nonconformist tends to like solitude above anything else.
Though, I can’t say with100 percent certainty that Michael was a Four, because I never interviewed him -- his nature does lend to that belief system in action throughout his life.
We should be so lucky, that we got to experience this incredible creative soul, for more than 40-years. Michael, you will be missed!
Traits of a Four Type

• Gentle in temperament
• Passion for life
• Can be supportive to people they love
• They have a mannerism to withdraw from life
• They tend to have depressive feeling throughout their lives
• Extremes in life, love and experiences can show in unique ways
• Fours have feelings of jealousy, and can be someone of an intellectual snob is some circles.

Thanks for enlightening us about Michael Jackson being a Four!
You're welcome, when things like this happens, we need to step back and see the reasons behind things -- his life is unique after all.
MJ's definitely a 4 w/a strong 3 wing - his desire and unique ability to entertain show the 3 part - the originality and genius in how he did it is the 4
Hi Jonathan,
Yes, fame was a big part of his life and we know that the Three needs to have the ideal image. It's just a shame he couldn't move into his healthy Four stance -- he was a brilliant entertainer. We can't forget that Five Wing too.
We will go into the Wings and Arrow very soon. Trying to go slow with it all -- we are at the beginning.
