Michael Jackson was working out with Lou Ferrigno
It's no secret that Michael Jackson was working out with Lou Ferrigno (the star of the 70's hit "The Incredible Hulk") to get ready for his world tour.
But was the stress of the workouts combined with the stress of the upcoming world tour just too much for a thin and frail Jackson?
According to entertainment and show biz:
"The ex-Mr Universe Lou, 57, has been making secret visits to the singer’s Los Angeles mansion to help him improve his fitness for dance routines at London’s O2 this summer.
However, sources have said that underweight Jacko is too weak to undergo grueling workouts, and refuses to lift weights.
“Lou has been visiting Michael to build him up so he can perform his dance routines,” British tabloid The Sun quoted a source as saying.
The source added: “But Jacko refuses to lift weights. He doesn’t want to bulk up.”
So do Did stress and working out contribute to Michael Jackson's heart attack?

its a shame how my cousin died he will always be in my heart and and part of my soul went up with him R.I.P mj
Here tis
He did not die of a heart attack. Get the facts correct.
Michael Jackson's dance moves will always be regarded as the best in all eras of entertainment. It's ironic that with such a frail, flexable body that could dance like that in his heyday, perhaps he had lost the ability to even do a few workouts to get in shape. With the twists, spins, and turns he always did in concert and tv performances that made him a legend, he was reduced to a walking, sickly, out-of-shape person who had health problems that eventually contributed to his death. It's sad to see his fall. He could have been bigger than he was, if the molestation charges and other problems didn't dog his career.
Maybe Lou put him a pretzel twist, and THAT killed him!! Maybe Lisa Marie Presley came back and wanted marriage - and THAT killed himed...etc...
Dancing pop at 50 in such a young game is about as physically demanding and unforgiving as it gets. It would seem impossible for him to have ever left the business, or pullback when it stressed him out, particularly under such compelling circumstances. Can't imagine the pain he was in as an injured dancer, determined to outdance younger, more resilient counterparts. King of Pop or King of pain?
