Evan is a former Marine who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom and a self taught Constitutional scholar. He has read countless historical reference titles and has gained a thorough knowledge of the period of American history from the mid 1700's through the late 1800's commonly referred to as "Revolution through Reconstruction".
