Any eBay seller can offer their items on eBay UK or any other eBay international site. There are several advantages to listing items directly on an eBay international site.
1. The prices will appear in British Pounds. Customers like to see the prices in their own currency. It saves them the step of converting the price from USD.
2. Items listed directly on eBay UK will appear higher in Best Match seach results. Items listed on eBay USA appear at the bottom of the search results under "Items from International Sellers."
3. eBay UK and other international sites offer the advantage of fewer competitors. You could easily be the only seller offering a particular product and be able to dictate the price.
4. Repeat buyers. Only a small percentage of US sellers sell on eBay UK. Once customers find you and see that you are willing to work with them, they will return and order more goods.
