Quincey Ramsey grew up in Tampa and served in the Navy for 10 years before moving to the Eastern Shore in 2000. He is married to a Mobile native and Coast Guard retiree. They have one child in high school and one in college. Quincey's interests include photography, music, movies, current events, and local culture. He has degrees in accounting and digital electronics.
