Nancy Pelosi has chosen to spend her Memorial Day Weekend in China attending a climate change summit rather than further explaining her allegations to the American people that the CIA “routinely” mislead Congress regarding enhanced interrogation methods.
Apparently the liberal left religion of man-made climate change is more important to the Speaker than honoring those who have died in serving our country. Even though attending Memorial Day activities may not be seen as being fashionable amongst her San Francisco constituents, you would think she could have at least spent some time on American soil this weekend reassuring our faith in the CIA after all the drama she wrought on the agency.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi holds the high honor of being third in succession to the Presidency. How is it possible for her to continue to work in this capacity and in conjunction with the CIA in receiving sensitive information when she has proven to the American people that she is willing to throw an entire federal agency under the bus for purposes of protecting her own political career? Even Bill Clinton showed better judgment during his administration when he got into a jam by launching a few cruise missiles rather than fomenting an inter-bureaucratic civil war.
Once again, for the security of this nation and its people, I call on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to resign.

This is what, in politics, is called a rehabilitative release. With her losing the battle with the CIA story, she was sent overseas to make her seem that she is on a mission, working for the country to overshadow the CIA controversy.
I would certainly like to see a committee formed along with some sworn testimony so we can get to the bottom of this [CIA] story.
I'm just laughing at Brocks Nursery rhyme & not feeling one bit surprised by Nancy's antics. I am however deeply impressed by Steve's article & how he honestly exposes facts. It is frightening how powerful this woman is while at the same time a liar, a cheat & a detriment to this country. Regarding climate change; here is my take on that. Today when I woke up it was chilly and there was a breeze, around 11:00 a.m. the fog burned off and it became nice and warm. This is climate change.
I wonder why the President, Speaker Nancy Pelosi et al never comment on the interrogation techniques of al Qaeda and the various Sunni and Shiite groups arrayed against our troops. Could it be they simply don't care what happens to American troops...not really?
You make a very good point Sailhardy. I get personally offended when I hear democrat politicians quibbling about waterboarding while the terrorists are sharpening their knives waiting to cut off more American heads. Congress needs a complete regime change.

Nancy Pelosi is amazingly stupid! She insults the CIA, the very people who make it safe for her to travel the world. She speaks out of both sides of her mouth. This trip was certainly made to stave off the hounds. Steve, you are such a clear thinker and have hit another one out of the ballpark!
