Holly Hobbie is a best selling author and illustrator. She is the creator of a children's character by the same name. Ms. Hobbie, who was born Denise Holly Ulinskas and married Douglas Hobbie, created the character, who would later be named Holly Hobbie, by the American Greetings Corporation.
Holly Hobbie is also the creator of the highly acclaimed Toot & Puddle picture books. Some of the books in the Toot & Puddle series include:

- Top Of The World
Toot & Puddle was also made into a television series and airs on Nick Jr. in the United States and Treehouse TV in Canada.
Ms. Hobbie has recently developed another memorable and creative character, Fanny and her handmade doll, Annabelle. In the second and latest installment, Fanny & Annabelle, Fanny decides to write a picture book called "Annabelle's Adventures", starring her handmade doll. While writing her book, Fanny finds herself in quite an adventure.
Holly Hobbie resides in Conway, Massachusetts.
