Dr. Oz kicked off his new show with a sizzling topic: SEX. He reported that only 1/3 of women have an orgasm during sex--that means 2/3 of women don’t orgasm during sex! To begin to tackle the issue, Dr. Oz shares the 4 most erogenous zones for men and women.
Men’s 4 most erogenous zones:

1. Brain
2. Lips
3. Perineum – between the testes and anus, where the prostate is located
 4. Penis

Women’s 4 most erogenous zones:

1. Feet – massage stimulates oxytocin which stimulates the brain
 2. Belly button
 3. G spot – about 2 inches in the vagina on the front wall
 4. Clitoris

Reporting that organism is essential to a healthy life, Dr. Oz invited Dr. Laura Berman, also a featured guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show, to talk about how to ensure that more women get what they need. Dr. Berman offers these 3 easy steps to make sure women get what they need during sex:

1. Know your own body and what makes you feel good.
2. Teach it to your partner.
3. Make sure your partner is a good student.

After sex, Dr. Oz then takes on fast food, reporting that Americans spent more than $110 billion on fast food last year, with devastating effects. He performs an intervention with an audience member, introducing the Truth Tube, which highlights waist size, blood pressure, LDL cholesterol, weight, and Real Age. Dr. Oz uses this tool to talk about the negative effects of a fast food diet. Then, he offers these 3 simple ideas for diet change:

1. Eat tomatoes and leafy greens like salad, which actually counteract the effect of fat.
2. If you are going to eat a hamburger, don’t eat the bun and save yourself the empty calories.
3. Eat a fiber biscuit before each meal to help fill you up faster.

In a segment called Oz’s Anatomy, Dr. Oz talks about fibroids, saying that 70-80% of women have them growing inside or outside their uterus. Fibroids are associated with the following symptoms:

1. Increased bleeding
2. Pain
3. Pressure
4. Frequent urination
5. Constipation
6. Problems getting pregnant

And although doctors often recommend hysterectomies to combat issue-causing fibroids, Dr. Oz encourages everyone to always get a second opinion. Of the 600,000 hysterectomies done each year in our country, recent studies have shown that over ¾ were unnecessary. Dr. Oz says that often times diet, exercise, healthy lifestyle, and oral contraceptives can keep fibroids in check.

Dr. Oz suggests the following foods to help fight and/or prevent fibroids:

1. Tofu - contains vital estrogens and block your hormones from overacting and stimulating fibroid growth
2. Seaweed - very effective at lowering the effect of hormones in the body

Next, Dr. Oz examines purses from studio audience members and finds a host of germs, fungus and bacteria that cause meningitis, asthma, vomiting, and diarrhea. So, he offers a few tips on how to deal with your purse and its contents:

• Don’t put your purse on the floor - in a restroom, restaurant, anywhere
• Leave your handbag by the door when you get home - you don't want to bring in such filth
• Never share your makeup
• Dip your make-up (lipsticks etc.) in alcohol to disinfect it
• Consider a UV wand to kill bacteria on things like cell phones

Dr. Oz rounds out the show by answering audience member questions.

Great show Dr. Oz. We'll be watching again tomorrow...

    Hello,
After I watched your show I was encouraged to take better care of myself. I have been searching for "Fiber Biscuits" but can't find them anywhere. Can you tell me where I can purchase them? Either by mail or in NJ. Thank You.

Many women I know do not orgasm during sex with their husbands. So, I gave them some advice for having sex all night long while being able to orgasm throughout the night. I'm not a Dr. and thought about this later, is there a limit to having multiple orgasms or several through out the night with your husband. Because by the 5th one you are very stimulated and I wondered, could it affect the heart?
