The newest Mexican restaurant in Parker  "Tequila Joe's" is a favorite with Douglas County locals.

The happy hour is one of the best in town and the patio in the summer complete with firepit and torches surrounding it is second to none. The space was formerly BB's Bistro which went out of business several years ago.  The owners Jeff and Wayne completely remodeled the space as you'll see in the slide show here.

Happy Hour is Monday thru Friday 4-6 p.m. $2.00 Draft Beer  & $3.00 Margarita’s, Sangria Swirls (my favorite) and Sangria and free chips and homemade salsa.

 The Chicken Chimichanga comes Smothered with the best green chili in town with generous quantities of pork and a unique smoky quality to it that is really addicting.  The Margarita's and Margarita Swirls (A frozen margarita with a swirl of Sangria) are quite tasty and only $3.00 at happy hour.  There is also an entire menu highlighting their large variety of tequila's. The food menu is your typical traditional Mexican entree's, appetizers, salads and desserts including several seafood dishes.

The burrito was huge and was incredibly flavor filled with Tomatillos, peppers, onions, and a plethora of spices. Be sure and ask for Jason for your waiter. He's very attentive and very knowledgeble about the menu always has suggestions and will explain some of their unique drink specials and will come back before the end of happy hour to get your last drink order.
