Clients may use the Food Bank every 30 days and receive between 3 1/2 and 5 days worth of food (depending on Food Bank stock), three meals per day, plus snacks, for each family member.

Southeast Community Outreach (SECOR)

Inter-Faith Community Services serves people in Centennial, Englewood, Glendale, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Lone Tree, Sheridan and unincorporated Arapahoe County. They have an "adopt a family or senior" program set up for Christmas 2009 and serve low income and struggling families year round.

    I think this is a great article.. A lot of good useful local information, which people can find in one place. I've gathered, people do want to help, but sometimes they just don't know where/ how to turn to help.
