Every other state not listed is NOT participating.
The Colorado AAA (Triple A) is not participating in 2011/2012. We spoke to the local branch of the AAA and they confirmed that they are not participating this year but gave us the Colorado drunk driver free ride options listed here.
Anyone can call the towing company to give the driver a free tow home however if the distance is longer than seven miles the regular rates for towing apply so be careful and plan your New Years Eve reveling close to home.
