This help line is a good idea, but totally underfunded and understaffed. Usually there is nobody there to answer your calls and many times messages are not returned.
Non-profits need to make sure they can actually help people before they start work. I man who feels bad about being assaulted by a woman will just feel worse if that's all he gets is an answering machine and no call-back.
