Do you begrudge the chore of washing your dog? Does the shaken water and loose hair all over your tub get you down?
A French entrepreneur has designed the “Dog-o-Matic”, a laundromat-style dog washing machine that can wash your pooch in about a half hour.
Creator Romain Jarry states the device is a proven success in his home town of St. Max, and hopes to introduce it in England next year. He also insists the Dog-o-Matic is not cruel, albeit a bit unusual.
“It doesn’t take long to wash the dog - usually a few minutes. The longest part is the drying,” says Jarry. “The dogs don't seem to get bored. They just sit there and they come out clean.”
By the way, there was another product that had the same name, only without the extra capital letter. Westinghouse made a “Dog-o-matic” that was a flash electric hotdog cooker.

The man you can see on the video is the owner of the dog and also a customer.
I didn't create that cabin but the concept which is a dog washing place where pet’s owner can wash them easily without dirtying their bathroom.

I agree, thats cruel. What if the water would become too hot, or the thing somehow become defective. You put them in a thing like that JUST because people are too lazy to give their dog a bath, in a tub with a controled envirorment. There is NO way, I would put my baby in that.
Ok, first off, I'm not the over sensitive PETA type, I often look at PETA folks as nutjobs that do as much harm as they prevent. But in this case, I hate this concept and agree that dog in the picture is CLEARLY stressed. Every dog I have ever owned hates(d) baths, the only thing keeping mine from stressnig out to the point of shock was the fact that I was there to comfort them, remind them they aren't in trouble and praise them for putting up with me. This thing isolates them, makes them feel trapped AND on top of it stresses them with the bathing aspect that they obviously hated or you wouldn't be tossing them in this thing just to make thing easier on YOU!. This thing is evil, way to go on making the worst pet care product I've seen in years.
its a shame to see that when someone creates a great product .the things they say ,i wonder have any of you ever try to wash your dog your self what animal likes water .when you wash a dog or cat do they hold still for you/hum i think not.why do you say bad things for something you have no clue about .but i can see how you pet shop owner must be involed in saying these things ,cause i .think of the money they will lose .they meaning dog groomers tie dogs by the neck to hold them in place while they choke. some of thing you say,. like though it was a oven .do you really think people are that dumb really do you it a great way to clean your dog or cat .im a cat owner and i have tried to hold my cat so i can wash her.maybe i did more harm than good cause to hold her was hard then try to blow her dry no way .you make me lol when you say you reported it how dumb.bad people always say bad about others this is a easy way to wash your dog with out holding him or her and im sure their was Engine
Typically when my dog wags his tail he's happy, not sure about yours. This dog, of course, was unfamiliar with the process, but seemed to like it as much if not more than when I pin my dog down and try and bathe him by hand.
