Brad Patterson is the operator of the
popular blog "Broke in Marshall County" which covers
current divorce and child support issues. He is a divorced father of
three daughters who he regularly provides for, both court-ordered
child support and direct support. Four years ago, the local branch of
the Department of Human Resources began harassing him based on false
allegations of past-due support. Mr. Patterson subsequently had his
Constitutional rights violated repeatedly by DHR. He has since
studied the law and has become a vocal advocate for parents rights
