The same day the Associated Press honors Tiger Woods as the Athlete of the Decade, sources closes to his wife Elin Nordegren, announce that she plans to divorce her billionaire golfer husband.
ABC News.com reported that a source close to Nordegren has stated, "that a divorce is 100 percent on." Woods wife was seen without her wedding ring earlier this week.
Kate Coyne, senior editor at People Magazine told "Good Morning America, "It would not appear that Elin Nordegren is going to be standing by her man...sources have told us that Elin has told us this marriage is over and she is looking to divorce."
The source has also said that Nordegren is looking for a divorce attorney but not rushing, as to see that all of the "dirty laundry" is out before signing anything.
People Magazine has reported that Woods wife will be going to Sweden for the holidays to avoid the media glare.
