It was reported by The Daily Mail that Mel Gibson and his soon-to-be ex wife, Robyn will be moving to Australia together to escape the fallout from his custody battle.
It was learned today that this is not true, according to Mel Gibson's spokesman Alan Nierob.
Gibson is involved in a nasty custody dispute with Oksana Grigorieva over their 8 month old daughter. Sources state that Gibson will stay in California to help raise the child.
Taped recordings of their conversations have revealed racist and misogynistic rants, as well as threats towards his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.
