Last Saturday me and a couple of friends ventured out to Main St in Pleasanton in search of drinks and fun. What we found was the Main St Brewery. We heard the music from down the street and were drawn to this pub like moths to a flame. The band was energetic playing covers from band like Led Zeppelin, ACDC and The rolling stones. They really had the whole place shaking and moving which was hard to do seeing how the place had standing room only. We listened to a few songs before making our way to the bar. After about ten minutes of waiting we were finally able to place an order with my two friends having Washington apples which the bartender did not know how to make and came back with two cosmos. This was very odd but when we asked him about it he said that is how you make it so instead of arguing we elected to finish the drinks and move on. The Main St brewery is a clean establishment with a mix of 40-50 somethings along with a young crowd that makes for quite the people watching experience. They have a full menu and bar that really adds to the experience all in all I would return just don't order a Washington apple they have no idea what it is.
