I first had the chance to experience the wonderful delights the Chef Scott Youkilis masterly crafted in his kitchen way back in 2005 at Maverick. Fast forward 5 years later...
Jared Stratton writes and how to drink and new drink time. He co-edited the e-anthology Beer time and his fiction collection, Bar flys will be published in 2010. His previous career as a projects director (among others) had him running an alternative health care company. He lives in the hills of the east bay area with his dog Andy.
