Bruce L Bair has been a Physician Assistant for the last 31 years. He is a graduate of Duke University 1978 and has thousands of hours of continuing medical education since that time. Because many of the problems he was treating he knew were preventable, a few years ago he received training as a Coach of Healthy Behaviors and in Weight Loss Management and Body Composition Analysis. In addition to treating Urgent Care Patients in the Chapel Hill, NC area, he blogs and creates podcasts on wellness topics. Evenings and weekends he spends some of his spare time coaching people who want to improve their health. Bruce believes habits determine your wellness.
