Since August 2008, I have been sharing information with you that could turn your life and your health around.

As you probably have noticed, I am passionate about plant-based nutrition and regular exercise for disease prevention and longevity. I have combined my formal education and my work and personal experiences with the opinions of other health professionals, researchers, and authors to form guidelines and recommendations for teaching.

Let's read together! I'll help you to decipher the information. I'll help you to adopt the life-saving guidelines into your lives, and you'll share with me your triumphs, your successes, and your struggles.

I will provide you insight about how to incorporate recommendations into your life. I will give you rationale for contrasting information. Together, we can brainstorm methods to get you on the road to disease-free living.
