The Denver Independent Network of Restaurants is celebrating Colorado produce this week with special menus designed around and featuring Colorado grown products and ingredients. There is no special pricing for this event, but it is a good way not only to showcase the quality and variety availabe in the state, but also to support local farmers, ranchers, brewers, wine makers, and producers.
The list of participating restaurants includes: Bistro Vendome, Black Pearl, Camp de Fiori - Denver, Duo Restaurant, Elway's Downtown, Encore Restaurant, French 250, Highland's Garden Cafe, Il Posto, Luca D'Italia, Max Gill and Grill, Mel's Bistro, Mezcal Denver, Osteria Marco, Parallel 17, Pulcinella's - Denver, Rioja, Solera Restaurant and Wine Bar, Strings, Table 6, Tambin Cantina, The Fort, Vesta Dipping Grill, and the Washington Park Grill.
You can contact the individual restaurants for menus and pricing, or visit www.opentable.com Some restaurants accept reservations on-line, but other require a phone call. Reservations are suggested. This event runs through Friday, September 12, so make your reservations soon.
