Memorial Day weekend and most of you are counting the minutes to leave your office. Most of you will either be grilling for the holiday weekend or invited to a barbecue and there will be burgers. This is an informal survey to find out how you like your burgers. What kind of meat do you like? Is it ground beef, chuck, sirloin or is it ground turkey or chicken.
Tell me how you top it?
Onions, cheese (what kind), tomato, ketchup, mustard, mayo, special sauce, egg, ham ---tell me how you dress your burger.
How done do you like it?
Rare, medium rare, medium, well done or charred beyond recognition
Don’t talk trash to me
I don’t want to hear about your Auntie’s potato salad or the beer soaked Brat – this my friend is strictly a hamburger survey. Tell me the worst burger you have had and where you found the best. Let’s all have some fun.

My ideal hamburger is made with freshly ground chuck with blue cheese in middle and done rare so that it can almost walk across the table. It is served in a Martin's potato roll with lettuce, tomato, vidalla onion, S & sarawuk pepper.
