Chef Jeff McInnis is more than his boyish good looks, he can really cook. Proof of that was his cooking demonstration for the Fernando Pensato Gourmet Food line at the International Fancy Food Show this week. It isn’t easy being squished in a 10 x 12 booth, doing a live cooking demonstration when three quarters of passersbys want the free eats. Jeff was at ease, ever-so-tactful with inquiries and having as much as fun as the situation would allow. A performer at heart, I can see why he successfully gained one of the coveted spots on Top Chef Season 5.
Jeff is currently the Chef de Cuisine at the Ritz-Carlton’s Dilido Beach Club in South Beach, an ideal location for a fellow who loves to surf. Jeff has his own website that offers much more in videos, recipes and background - Click HERE
