Beaujolais Nouveau is a red wine produced in the Beaujolais region of France using the Gamay grapes. This is a wine that is rushed to market and released on the third Thursday of November every year. It has little time to ferment or to build tannins and offers a fruitier flavor. This is not a wine that you keep in your wine rack for long periods of time; it should be consumed within the year of production.

This year's celebration of Beaujolais Nouveau

In honor of the Beaujolais Nouveau release, alizée boutique bistro and wine bar have created a wonderful menu to be paired with Georges Deboeuf wine. They offer a pre-fixe menu with selections for each course for $29.00 ++
