The Silver Palate Cookbook recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, a groundbreaking cookbook in the '80s. Sheila Lukins, co-author p,assed away Sunday of a recently diagnosed brain cancer. I’ve always recommended Sheila’s New Basics Cookbook as a must-have reference book. Another loss for the culinary world, but she lives on through her books.
