
This coming Wednesday, May 20
th , Sharon Charny, wine expert with the The Charmer Sunbelt Group will take guests through the reasons, challenges, and successes of producing certified organic, biodynamic and sustainably farmed wines and spirits at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Baltimore. The evening will feature a five course dinner perfectly paired with wines and spirits for just $99 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. The event also features a live auction to benefit the American Red Cross of Central Maryland.
Reception starts at 6 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m.

First Course
Jumbo Lump Crab Canapes
Roma Tomato, Basil Crostini
Served with Casa Sauvignon Blanc, Rapel Valley, Chile (biodynamically farmed)
Cocktails Featuring Crop Organic Vodka (Plain, Tomato, and Cucumber)
Second Course
Grilled Domestic Lamb Chops with Rosemary Chambord Sauce
Served with Bonterra Vineyards Zinfandel, Mendocino County, Calif. (organic)
Third Course
Mixed Field Green Salad with Apples, Walnuts, Goat Cheese, and Dijon Vinaigrette
Served with Bonterra Vineyards Viognier, made from organic grapes, Mendocino/Lake Counties, Calif. (organic)
Fourth Course
Single Cut Filet Mignon
Accompanied by Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze and Herbed New Potatoes
