Laury Ann Raiken is an ACE certified personal fitness trainer, nutrition adviser, food activist and freelance writer. Her passion in fitness and nutrition began at a very young age when she began working out in the gym and studying all things fitness, nutrition and wellness. In 2004, she branched out of the health club scene to start an In-Home Personal Training business for clients who were reluctant against joining a gym because of time, motivation or anxiety. For the past 7 years she has trained clients of all ages and fitness levels. Laury is a zealous advocate for food safety in America, as well as educating the public on healthy eating.
