Today is the last day to sign up for the Spring In To Summer Challenge over at the Biggest Loser League.
The Biggest Loser League is an online Social Networking web site designed as a gathering place for those seeking support in their weight loss battles. The community allows members to create an online profile and join teams in an effort to earn points each week - a great incentive for those trying to lose weight.
The Sping In To Summer Challenge is a member created and monitored program that will run for the next ten weeks starting Monday, March 23rd. Participants will set their own calorie deficit goal, and will work towards weight loss from a Calories In vs. Calories Out stand point. The majrotiy of participants are working on losing anywhere between 10 - 50 pounds over the next ten weeks.
