The new diet plan, as shown on the Rachael Ray Show
On the Rachael Ray Show today, Prevention’s new weight loss plan called the 400-Calorie Fix was presented by a woman who said she lost an incredible six pounds in just two days! With a diet plan with fast results like that, who wouldn’t want to check this diet out?
Essentially, the 400-Calorie Fix plan is to eat four meals a day at 400 calories each, adding up to a total of 1600 calories consumed a day. As far as the diet is concerned, as long as you get no more than 400 calories at each meal, it doesn’t really matter what you eat. If you want a meal from McDonald’s or you want to eat at home, you are free to make whatever choice you like.
Consequently, the 400-Calorie Fix doesn’t necessarily encourage an overall healthy diet. This could make it easier for people not used to healthy diets to cut back on their food intake. It is important to remember, though, that a healthy, balanced diet makes a person not only healthier but feel fuller, too. Prevention’s book will include 400 meal ideas which fit into their 400-Calorie Fix. Choose the healthy calories for your day and reap better results!
A catch to the 400-Calorie Fix—to get full efficiency from the diet, you need to add a workout plan to the diet. If you want to do the 400-Calorie Fix as recommended, consider the free, online walking workouts, or head to the Southwest Topeka YMCA for Bootcamp with Bobbi or Core Training.
