The raw food trend may seem like something only celebrities in Hollywood care about, but Oklahoma is now part of the cutting-edge raw cuisine industry.
105degrees, a raw food cafe and culinary academy, will open it's doors to the public Saturday, Sept. 12 at 5 p.m. for dinner service.
This eatery boasts a 3,500-square-foot raw foods cafe, and also includes the nation's first state-licensed culinary institute and boutique shop.
The cafe's first full day of service, which will include breakfast, lunch and dinner, will be Monday, Sept. 14th starting at 7 a.m.
Prices range from $7 - $12 for appetizers and $15 - $18 for entrees. There is also a selection of side dishes and desserts to choose from, ranging $4 - $8.
A variety of smoothies and juices, as well as an assortment of fresh sake-based cocktails and biodynamic wines, are available at the bar.
