Crickets from the right

Glenn Beck and his crew of insane on the brain guests have gone too far this time.  Michael Scheuer, who was Beck's guest recently is so wrapped up in his own national security agenda that he actually appealed to Osama bin Laden and his merry band of psychos to deliver us from the "incompetence" that is the Obama administration.  With a nuclear detonation!  Watch it HERE.

Michael Scheuer, former CIA analyst... appeared on Glenn Beck's show to declare, "The only chance we have as a country right now is for Osama bin Laden to deploy and detonate a major weapon in the United States...only Osama can execute an attack which will force Americans to demand that their government protect them."

Unreal.  Not only does Beck not smack down this lunatic, but he says bin Laden won't attack because idiots like them want him to.  

Now think back to the early years of the Bush administration... when teachers were being turned in by students for having the temerity to challenge their young minds with the idea that maybe we shouldn't attack Iraq for what bin Laden did on 9/11.  When protesters were rounded up into "free speech zones" if they wanted to protest the administration's rush to war.  When peace groups were being infiltrated by snitches and treated as suspected terrorist groups by the Bush administration.

Here we have a psycho going on national television, asking bin Laden to "help" us by wiping out tens of thousands of innocent Americans in order to further his own twisted and warped national security agenda.  And no one's speaking out against this nutcase much less putting him on a terror watch list or keeping him off airplanes when he wants to get to shows like Becks to spew his hate over our public airwaves.

Question... where are the far right commentators who would have been OUTRAGED a few years ago if some progressive had expressed such a wish for a nuclear attack on our people?

Why the crickets folks?  Where are Dick Cheney and Pat Buchanan when these psychos ask bin Laden to attack us?
