If you've ever wanted to try naked running, tomorrow may be your day. Tomorrow is National Nude Day here in the good, old USA. This comes on the tail end of National Nude Recreation Week. It's Christmas in July for those of you living the naked life.
While it may be hard to believe, naked running is a real thing. There are races all over the country celebrating the liberation and freedom of running in the buff. In fact, a few brave souls have chronicled their experiences in Runner's World and Women's Health Magazine. Even running guru Bart Yasso exposed his vulnerable side when he ran a naked 5K in a nudist colony. You can get all the revealing details in his book.
