Rachael Ray serves up the 400 calorie fix secret

Don't miss Rachael Ray's show Thursday, November 19 as she shares the secret of the 400 calorie fix. This new diet is the brain child of Prevention Magazine, the creators of The Flat Belly Diet. Liz Vaccariello, EIC, VP of Prevention, will be on hand to break it all down for us. There will even be a woman on the show who lost 6 pounds in 2 days!

The 400 calorie fix makes alot of sense. Its all about calories in and calories out. Most people are eating way to many calories at one sitting coupled with lack of exercise. Smaller portions will boost the metabolism & support a healthier lifestyle. This diet doesn't restrict foods...it just keeps within the 400 calorie or less limit for each meal.
