New Japanese law makes fat people pay

Japan, despite being the slimmest industrialized nation, has passed a law maximizing the allowable waist size. If you are over 40 and were living in Japan right now, your waistline better not exceed 33.5 inches if you're a man, or 35.4 inches if you're a woman.  Talk about motivation!

This is something the US needs. So many Americans put exercising and healthy habits too far down on their list of priorities. We put on an average of twenty pounds between the ages 25 and 55 and take years off our lives by neglecting exercise.

Would you be breaking the law in Japan? To make sure your "record stays clean" visit LeanDream where you get a customized workout plan, exercise videos, descriptions, and weekly follow ups with a certified personal trainer.

This is ridiculous, they are completely ruling out the fact that some peoples weight may be due to hereditary factors. If somebody was born with a glandular problem, would they be penalized too?

I only agree with this is there's a lwa that fines people who are extreem thin (underweight)!
When you are skinny or fat it's both bad for your health!!

It's aesy to pick on fat people, helping them would be better!
