A DC metropolitan area native, Carrie is constantly trying to satisfy her appetite for excellent vegetarian cuisine. Whether it's sampling every pastry at Sticky Fingers Bakery or scouring every grocery store in a 25-mile radius for Asian water spinach (yes, such a thing exists), she aims to bring you an unpretentious and mostly economical approach to a decidedly meat- and mostly dairy-free diet.
