Prince George's County police are investigating two murders that were reported Saturday evening.
The first killing was reported around 7:25 p.m. in the 5700 block of Auth Road in Suitland. Police were sent to investigate a shooting, and when officers arrived, they discovered an adult male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police have not yet released any suspect information.
About two hours later, police responded to a shooting at the East Pines Exxon station at 6631 Riverdale Road. Police say homicide detectives are currently investigating the case. No suspect or further victim information has been released.
Police promise to release more information as it becomes available.
