Boudoir photography involves creating intimate and romantic images of a woman, most commonly wearing lingerie. Boudoir is French for “bedroom,” where the photo session takes place. Boudoir photography is a rising trend among soon-to-be brides and wives of soldiers. Many brides give an album of their images to the groom on their wedding day. Others give the boudoir images to their boyfriends or husbands as anniversary, birthday or holiday gifts as well as a pleasant surprise to soldiers overseas.
How does it work?
Tait Boudoir provides boudoir marathon sessions. A marathon is an event where multiple boudoir sessions are photographed on a single day in the same location, typically a hotel. By doing several in one day, Tait Boudoir is able to provide a great setting at a great price.
A session lasts 2 hours. A professional makeup artist will be on hand to do your hair and makeup upon arrival. Women are encouraged to bring whatever makes them feel the most sexiest – lingerie, garter and stocking, thigh high boots , stilettos – as well as personal items that belong to the recipient of the photos. Some items may include his favorite shirt, football jersey, a cowboy hat as well as a football, baseball bat, riding crop. Plan to bring about four or five different looks to your shoot.

Only the photographer, Erica Tait, will be present in the shooting area. She will guide you along, guiding you in sexy poses and other tips to ensure the pictures come out great. The most important thing to remember is to relax and enjoy it! You will really feel like a supermodel. And, no you do not have to be skinny as a supermodel to feel like a supermodel. Think and feel sexy, smoldering, hot and that is how you will look in your pictures!
Your pictures will be provided in a password-protected online gallery, typically within 4 weeks of your photo session. You may choose to use your pictures in a variety of ways – a bombshell book, calendar, or gallery wrapped canvas.

Imagine the look of surprise on your sweetie’s face as he walks into the living room or bedroom and sees a gallery wrapped canvas of you wearing nothing but black lace and a smile.
