Ashleigh Di Lello and Jonathan "Legacy" Perez.
Ashleigh Di Lello and Jonathan "Legacy" Perez drew a contemporary piece and hip hop for Tuesday night. They danced the contemporary piece to "Poison" by The Prodigy and the hip hop routine to Bobby Valentino's "Slow Down."
Garry Stewart choreographed the contemporary piece. Nigel Lythgoe told the couple they had "just been physically abused by your choreographer." He explained, "His style just requires you to be so athletic" and "defy gravity."
Mary Murphy felt the couple was really terrific. Murphy loved the visual impact of the ending.
Adam Shankman commended the couple for showing no fear or stress and instead, just attack.
Dave Scott choreographed the hip hop piece and it wasn't as well received by the judges--and this was mostly based on the choreography. Perez had a cape which was not used to great effect and instead seemed to hinder the amount of real dancing.
Both Lythgoe and Murphy felt there wasn't enough dancing. Shankman felt it wasn't challenging enough.
