You probably know that "Glee" premieres in two weeks and what's in store. Of course, our favorite villain Sue Sylvester is back in top form.

New Directions will be going in new directions by doing more than "showtunes and 80s pop" to prove they have range.

The romance between Finn (Corey Monteith) and Rachel (Lea Michele) has a few bumps. Finn still has feelings for Quinn (Diana Agron).

As for Jane Lynch who just won an Emmy for her role as Sue Sylvester. She's ready to put the glee kids in their place, telling Will (Matthew Morrison), "We need fry cooks and bus drivers"

Lynch as Sue appears in the new ads for American Express along with the other characters from the show. Of her character Lynch commented, that although she's a nice person she does have an "impatience about me, a kind of entitlement and arrogance" that comes to the surface "without much provocation" and she blows that up to make Sue Sylvester.

The spots will feature Matthew Morrison, Jane Lynch, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Amber Riley, Chris Colfer, Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale, Mark Salling, Heather Morris and Naya Rivera supporting the company's Members Project social action initiative and started on 1 September 2010. The vignettes will appear on American Express' online promotional channels and Fox.

President of Fox One and executive vice president of sales at Fox Jean Rossi explained, "We collaborated with American Express to develop an initiative with Glee to inspire people to take action and to make a difference. The partnership is built on the spirit of Glee's unique brand of fun to encourage people to get involved in anything from arts education to the environment."

American Express vice president of global media, content and community Nancy Smith added, "We are very excited to be able to engage with the incredibly passionate fan base of Glee, and we hope to inspire even more people to do something good for their community through this partnership. We expect the Glee spirit to mobilize even more people to contribute to their communities and create change."

Some good quotes from Sue Sylvester:

  • "Some people want to do good...if we only knew why..."
  • "What do animals do except poop on your lawn and make you feel guilty about how delicious they are."
  • "Why should children be burdened by the tyranny of reading; words are hard."
  • "The arts, they don't need your support. What artists do need is soap. Seriously, next time you meet an artist smell. I swear they rub their armpits with onions."

Jane Lynch supports many non-profits such as PETA and no-kill animal shelters.

The new season of "Glee" starts on 21 September 2010 on Fox.

  • What I know is that Jane Lynch is beautiful, sexy, witty, funny, and I would like her for my own, that is, if...uh..she would..like that, too. I guess I should say up front that she would need to fly me to wherever she is because I seem to be a little short on funds, at the moment. Hi Jane!
