Jacquelyn (Moore) Payne is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee, and a graduate of the University of Tennesse-Knoxville. Her career began working with youth organizations, then advertising as she has always had a special interest and love for the arts and culture. As the owner of the former Black Pages East Tennessee, Jackie and her husband currently own NMP Information Services. They have a son and live in Powder Springs, Georgia.
