The term "Tapas" originated in Spain and has become synonymous with appetizers or finger food of nearly any variety. If you're looking for great tapas in the Tampa Bay area, look no further that Ceviche, Tapas Bar & Restaurant.

With locations in both Tampa and St. Petersburg, you won't have to cross the bay to check out some great tapas. Since 1997, Ceviche has offered wonderful, fresh tapas and other Spanish delicacies to the delight of everyone in the area. One of my favorite items on the menu is Bonito a la Parilla, which is sushi-grade tuna, grilled medium-rare with garlic & drizzled with olive oil.

On Tuesday's, Ceviche hosts Tapas Tuesday with a special $4 tapas menu and $4 Sangria.
