Who is Pam Bondi and why is she so close to the Casey Anthony case?
If you’ve followed the Casey Anthony case for any length of time, you’re sure to have seen Pam Bondi. She’s made plenty of guest appearances on the Nancy Grace show, Issues with Jane Velez Mitchell, and is also a featured guest on shows such as Scarborough Country with Joe Scarborough. You’ll find her on networks from CNN to MSNBC and Fox News. You’ll also find Pam Bondi in Tampa where she serves as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County. Pam Bondi has become one of the leading authorities on the Casey Anthony case.
Pam Bondi was interviewed in the CBS 48 Hours Mystery: The Story of Caylee Anthony. You can watch the full video in the player below. In fact, she was the first person interviewed in the show and gave the opening statements. The Caylee Anthony murder has rocked the nation and it has permeated through the Tampa Bay area, from its local citizens who wonder if they would become jurors should the trial be moved here to Pam Bondi who has become one of the foremost experts on the case.
The case has taken many twists and turns as the defense has pulled a number of different theories out of their hat, and the trial hasn’t even begun. Sure, it does. And as well as what we`ve said, the neck breaking, the chloroform. She`s out partying, you know. And the underlying felony, of course, is going to be aggravated child abuse for felony murder.
Pam Bondi has lent her expertise as a Florida prosecutor by participating in many panel discussions on both Issues with Jane Velez Mitchell and the Nancy Grace Show. In one session, she was asked about whether Casey Anthony had accidentally killed Caylee while out partying, or if she had premeditated the murder. They discussed whether or not the duct tape over Caylee Anthony’s mouth indicated premeditated murder.
Pam Bondi replied, “Sure, it does. And as well as what we`ve said, the neck breaking, the chloroform. She`s out partying, you know. And the underlying felony, of course, is going to be aggravated child abuse for felony murder. In Florida you can prove it two ways. It`s a great murder statute. They don`t have to rely on one. When asked about Casey Anthony in the 48 hours special: The Untold Story of Caylee Anthony, Pam Bondi stated, “Casey Anthony, she’s a habitual liar, a troubled human being. Clearly, she needed help.”
In Florida you can prove it two ways. It`s a great murder statute. They don`t have to rely on one. They can go premeditated and/or they can go felony murder. Casey Anthony’s trial isn’t scheduled until the summer of 2010.

I still can't get over the fact that she won't even stand up in the court room and just let everyone one know what she did for caylee's sake she won't even give her daughter that much. breaks my heart for caylee as for miss casey i hope she dies a brutel death in prison!
it's obvious the grandparents are protecting thier daughter. they don't want to see thier daughter sentenced to death. i also think the mother either killed her daughter because she wanted to live the highlife or because she wanted to prove to her own mother that she would never be able to take little caylee. after all, she did threaten casey with a custody battle. i think that woman should go down too....
It is one thing to protect their child and another to just plain out lie. There is NO Justice for Caylee in this case from them.
Casey will first meet her maker and then go to hell for what she did. And she did it!!!
Use water torture on Casey (drops of water on her head dripping) til she speaks the truth. It's not harmful, but it surely gets the truth out of you.
I am seriously speechless when it comes to this case. Casey Anthony is a SICK SICK individual. Its unreal that the actions her or any person can committ and hurt any child let alone their own flesh and blood, a sweet innocent angel. There is NO, let me say it again NO explainable reason or way that a mother who has NO IDEA supposably where their child is can go out and have a lovely time, partying and getting tattoees about a "beautiful life" and so on, having the time of her life and not be guilty of this crime. NO WAY! As a mother who adores and loes my children beyond anything imaginable I once when HYSTERICAL when my 8 yr old didnt answer my call when playing outside. Theres no way for a whole month you can just go on about life. SHE IS MORE THAN GULITY and I am ill at the thought that Casey's parents and lawyers sit there and act like she is really innocent. I mean I can understand its VERY hard for her parents to come to terms with, I really do. Its just nerve racking!
I have followed this since the beginning, I wish with everything in me that Casey is innocent, i do think she has the right to a diffferent city in which to have the trial, orlando is too hostile, but if u will examine orlando and missing children, there seems to be alot of that in florida, maybe there is a serial killer , my heart aches for the grandparents, its so apparent there loss has really devastated their lives, wishful thinking doesn't bring the child caylee back tho, I just hope the truth comes out one day. good luck with all the bad press, people are so fast to rush to judgement on things such as this. I pray for the grandparents, they are the true losers in this, baby caylee is with god now, and if casey really did this she will face it, people need to stop being so judgemental till after all is said and done, god bless ur Family ...

I've followed this case from the beginning and think the grandparents are in denial. I think they knew in their heart of hearts that Casey had killed her. I think that was apparent in the 911 calls where she said it smelled like a dead body in her car. There was a key figure missing in this story...her brother. He's probably missing for a reason. If you read the transcripts of his interviews with detectives, it's apparent HE thought Casey was responsible..he's probably been disowned.

Death is too easy for Casey. It's a safe way out of all this. She needs to pay, really pay for what she has done and sentencing her to death is not nearly punishment enough. Hell is too good a place for Casey. Everyone else in this case has suffered; she has not, if only for herself. Any tears she has ever shed has been for her and her alone.
I would like to see the prosecutor take the death penalty off the table in exchange for Casey's confession. She should have to admit to the world what she did.
I don't have children but i have nieces and nephews and i know how much i love them and they aren't even my own children so the fact that someone can show this amount of disregard and attitude for her daughter's fate is disgusting and shocking she must not have a heart a child is never guilty for a parents transgressions and partying poor little caylee just wanted a mommy and daddy who loved her and to feel safe if she had an issue with having a child she could have aborted when she got pregnant or used birth control or adopted her out if she didn't want her she casey will face god like us all and that will be the best justice love you caylee give god a hug

My 4 year old was at the playground and for 3 minutes I could not see her.
I went insane--yelling and screamimg like a moron!
She was over in another area playing and she was fine.
Well for months I had nightmares about it!
How in the hell could Casey not know where her baby was and not report it --tell anyone-and go out dancibg-drinking and drugging every night!
Answer--She killed the poor child.

There is no way that her actions doesn't speak louder then words! CAsey Killed Caylee out of spite for her Mom and wanting to be rid of the hassels of Motherhood. Cindy and George would of taken her! All she had to do was walk away. ooops but walking away meant giving up the meal ticket. She even raided the freezer after Caylee was gone and took the food to her boy friends house.Please Please Cindy, you let Casey and her lies distroy little Caylees life..please don't continue to let the lies distroy more lives! Please remember CAylee with the love and devotion of justice her little life so deserves!
i feel the death penalty should be used.. if casey anthony is sentenced to death, she'll be sititng on death row..waiting..waiting and waiting,, for years and years.. not knowing what day they will come for her or what time.. hmm kinda similar to what poor angel caylee went through isnt it????
and casey will also view her killer just like her daughter viewed hers.. and caseys mom is as crazy as casey is.
misty croslin and casey anthony need to be put together and sentenced to death together for the horrible way caylee and haleigh died, was murdered... they need to be put to death at exactly the same time along with scott peterson and the rest of the child murderers and rapists!!
I blame Cindy, look how much she misses her. It isnt her baby it is Caseys, CIndy is a bad mother. All she cares about is herself. If she was a good parent, Casey wouldnt of been pregnant so young, be a liar, troubled and wild.
