Haleigh Cummings update: Misty Croslin in court for pretrial hearing (video)
The last person admittedly to see Haleigh Cummings alive, Misty Croslin, appeared in court on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 for a pretrial hearing. Misty is facing eight counts of drug trafficking. One of those charges are in St. Johns County, the remaining seven are in Putnam. Misty may choose to take a plea deal by August 16, 2010. Should she fail to take the plea deal, Misty Croslin will stand trial on August 23, 2010.
Misty Croslin and her ex-husband, and father of missing Florida girl Haleigh Cummings, were caught on surveillance video selling prescription medications. You may see a video report of Misty Croslin as she appears in court in the video player below.

Misty needs to fry!! She is not given the parents of Haleigh Cummings a break on their daughter soo the court should hol;d no mercy towards her. I seen on a church billboard this phrase "A half of truth is a whole lie" When I saw that It brought my attention to the cummings case, casey anthony, and Kyron Horman. FRY THE B*&%H
