The women and children of Loudon County are falling victim to illegal aliens

Police in Leesburg, Virginia are currently searching for Salvadoran national Carlos Felipe Centeno, 21 for the molestation of a 5-year-old girl. Centeno who is in this country illegally, works as a house painter.

On March 19, police distributed a wanted poster, which describes Centeno as between 6 feet and 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 200 to 240 pounds. He may be riding a blue Magna bicycle.

Centeno also has an outstanding warrant for another case, in which he is accused of committing forcible sodomy.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Centeno should call Detective Doug Shaw at  703-771-4521 , or to leave an anonymous tip call the Leesburg Crime Line as 703-443-TIPS.

On March 12, a Loudon County jury convicted Honduran national Arnold J. Mancia-Morales, 25 of raping a 75-year-old woman in her Sterling Park home. The attack occurred in August 2008. The jury recommended that the illegal alien spend the rest of his life in prison.

Mancia-Morales broke into the woman’s home by smashing-in her glass door sometime after midnight. Awoken by the noise, the woman went to investigate, and was attacked.

Before he was sentenced, the victim’s daughter told the jury how her mother’s life has been impacted by the attack. She told a heart wrenching account of finding her mother one morning, curled up in the fetal position on the floor, weeping, holding onto a book of scriptures and crying out-loud that she wished she had just been killed.

Her daughter said: “I didn’t know what to do, so I just held her.”

Her daughter told the court that her mother now goes to counseling and no longer goes out after dark. She added: “She is always looking over her shoulder.”

Commonwealth's Attorney James E. Plowman told reporters: "This is an atrocious case, and the victim continues to struggle to deal with this”

Mancia-Morales is no stranger to the courts. In 2006 he was convicted of felony burglary, and four misdemeanor charges between 2007-2008, two of which were assaults. In 2007, he forced himself on a young girl at the Sterling library, he received a 100-day sentence for the attack, but all of the time was suspended.

Incredibly, the day after his sentencing for the rape of the 75-year-old woman, Mancia-Morales was charged with the brutal rape of a 51-year-old woman in the Newberry section of Sterling Park. That attack took place in April 2008.

Northern Virginia has been particularly hard-hit with crimes committed by illegal aliens, following that region’s construction boom of recent years. Of course, the construction industry is dominated by illegal aliens who provide builders with very cheap labor.

The region, along with D.C. has become a stronghold for the violent Salvadoran gang known as MS-13.

Citizens need to start suing city, state and federal governments, including mayors, governors and members of congress and the senate for their betraying their oaths of office and refusing to uphold the constitution. They are DELIBERATELY allowing these crimes and so many others to be perpetuated against the American citizenry, assuming they can break us down, and leave us believing that we truly are powerless and must accept it. We need to find lawyers who will take cases like this, perhaps on a pro bono or other low cost basis, and apply some hell fire to those corrupt politicians.

Well said Jenny. I have always wondered if Americans could file a class action law suit and sue the US government over illegal immigration. Now that the economy is in the toilet and so many Americans are out of jobs, we need to make the government enforce our laws so we can get back to work.

It's spelled "Loudoun" County. When I moved there 15 years ago it was a nice place to live. Not any more! There was even a murder in Lansdowne (very high-priced part of Loudoun) over the weekend. No place is safe.

This animal needs to be prosecuted and put away for the rest of his life, but since our government has long welcomed illegal aliens, we'd have to foot the bill. My next choice is dumping him in Tierra del Fuego (the last outpost at the southenmost time of South America). Take them all. They are destroying our country. This administraton plans to wave their magic wand and make them citizens. We will then have not only the illegals, but the rest of their family. Let Washington know or we will be the next 3rd world country. We're well on our way now!

Jenny, good morning and God bless & keep you and all of us safe from these criminals invaders. You are right, we have to do something to stopped the pandering of "elected" so called "leaders", who don't keep the oath of office taken by them, to defend our country and its citizens to keep all of us safe from all these savages. Am outraged and horrified at what is happening in every place in our country with these IDs thieves criminals. They are thumbing their noses to our laws and the only one enforcing the laws is our True Patriot Heroe Sheriff Arpaio! Now the idiots in congress are trying to indict him for doing an excellent job he is paid to do. Make sure you make your voice heard about this issue by all means we have at hand to congress and to the "chosen messiahs" who is destroying our country, changing all the laws that protect all of us from these invasion of criminal thieves.

i dont care about illegal immigrants, i worry about criminal illegal and legal immigrants or citizens.

This is a problem of crime taking place in our communities by people who should not be here in the first place but who break several laws and not just one of coming over undocumented. We shoul dtake to task the judges who release rapists after doing only 100 days, I dont cre if its a first time offense, it should be their first and last offense. I am angry at our law enforcement and judges for letting our children down. I want to see these guys rounded up, I want to see them locked up and away for good, clean up our streets or allow vigilante justice.

The police and the gov't are NOT going to be there, unless they can fine you, tow you, or tax you. Get legally armed, and defend yourself.
